My Teaching Philosophy

My Teaching Philosophy is that any student can learn given the right environment and proper teaching techniques. As an educator it is my duty to teach students employable skills and help develop respectful taxpaying citizens. Through the FFA students can develop premiere leadership and personal growth. I want every student to have the opportunity to find their niche, and I believe the FFA has a place for everyone, be it: metal fabrication, plant science, animal husbandry, or wildlife. I believe strongly in finding ways to get kids interested and engaged in your lesson. I aim to give my students the proper tools to develop themselves to their full potential. This world needs more honest hardworking citizens, and those are the kids I want to come out of my program.
